By purchasing a course, you agree to pay the displayed price along with any applicable taxes or charges.

Course access will be activated after successful payment confirmation.

4. Course Validity

Every course has its own validity period.

Your access to a purchased course will automatically expire once the validity period ends.

The validity of each course is displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All course purchases made through Smart Adda are final.

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be provided once a purchase has been successfully completed, except where required by applicable law.

All educational content available on Smart Adda, including but not limited to:

  • PDF Notes
  • Study Materials

is owned by or licensed to Smart Adda and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Permitted Use

You may use Smart Adda only for your personal educational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others.
  • Download content using unauthorized methods.
  • Record or redistribute live classes.
  • Sell or commercially use any educational content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment partners.

Smart Adda does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
